Let's get the introductions out of the way.

My name is Chris, I'm based in the UK and a VERY keen modeller. 

My ultimate passion is Modern miniatures, but I also like to dabble in building tabletop war-gaming scenery from scraps around the house!

There's an undoubted sense of serenity in building and painting miniatures that I've always been fascinated about from a young age. My first minis were Micromachines (90's kid through and through) and ever since then I have had a soft spot in my heart for all things represented in miniature form. Now I find myself at a more advanced level; building and painting miniatures from scratch and basic instructions.

My all time favourite part of modelling has to be when I 'base' my miniatures. It's when I discover the final sense of completion and can be 100% satisfied with what seemed like endless hours of effort.
